Alumni Services in collaboration with the treatment team, link current patients, to key recovery support systems for a seamless transition home (or their next destination). This is done by:

• Face to face relationships with Alumni Services staff
• Membership to the Alumni social network website
• They are provided with information re: alumni support groups, workshops, social gatherings and other activities
• Introduction to Alumni in their area

Alumni Relations staff are dedicated to supporting those who have begun the journey of recovery at Harmony. Wherever you are in your journey, we are here! With interactive features such as activities, workshops, on-line meetings, forums and blogs, up-to-date articles, tips and tools and networking with other alumni, Harmony Alumni encourages you to start sharing and caring.
